Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using DealGuard ("the Service"), provided by CodeStack Consulting Limited ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
DealGuard is a discount governance and approval routing application for HubSpot. The Service enables sales teams to configure approval rules based on discount thresholds and deal values, route deals through multi-step approval chains, and maintain a full audit trail of approval decisions — all within HubSpot.
3. User Accounts and Access
Access to DealGuard is granted through HubSpot OAuth authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your HubSpot account and for all activities that occur under your portal. You must have appropriate permissions within your HubSpot portal to install and configure the Service.
4. Payment and Billing
DealGuard is offered at $99 per month per HubSpot portal. All new accounts receive a 14-day free trial. After the trial period, your subscription will automatically renew on a monthly basis unless cancelled. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page in the DealGuard dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months. After cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your paid period.
6. Data and Privacy
Your use of DealGuard is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, and documentation, is owned by CodeStack Consulting Limited and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CodeStack Consulting Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
